customer is always right – simplistic, perhaps, but a belief that has
stood the test of time over 37 years. As consultants we recognise that
our role is to help the client arrive at a clear view of how to move
forward in his business. We cannot and do not specify how the client
should run his business – we simply help to identify options, develop
decision criteria and make recommendations supported by data – the client
will always take the final decision supported by the very best possible
advice that we can give, and that is how it should be.
Business
is about trust – everything to do with business, as in life, boils down to
trust; trust that you are being told the truth; trust that you have made
every effort possible; trust that you act from good motives and trust
that you seek the best possible outcome for all parties involved.

is about profit – profit generated on honest transactions between willing buyers
and willing sellers.
OUR APPROACH
Flexibility
is our hallmark – our clients all have different needs and our approach must
cater for those differing needs. One client may want a full-blown
strategic marketing study and plan, another may simply want advice on how
to best prepare a Newsletter. We work on the premise that no client need
is too small. Every client will receive the same attention-to-detail and
consideration, no matter whether their project is big or small.
Support
when you need it – sometimes you will need support outside normal working hours –
and that is when we’ll give it, if necessary. Whether it’s a phone call
in the evening or running a workshop over a weekend, we’ll fit in with
your schedule.
Responsiveness
is key –
when you take the big decision to involve us in your business you need to
know that we’ll respond in your timescales – not ours. We will always
call a client sooner rather than later.
Attention-to-detail – you will take some big
decisions based on our advice, so we make sure that advice is soundly
based on demonstrable data. We use research to make sure our insights and
advice follow logical principles.
Value for
money and time – we recognise that your investment is not only in money. The
time you devote to working with us is even more valuable than the fees we
charge. We will not waste your time or seek to use your time, or that of
your staff, when it is not necessary.
